The grapes that produce this wine are grown in the county of Monterey, California, a coastal setting where sunny skies mix with predictable, cooling maritime winds. We chose this very cool grape growing region to produce a pure wine with all the life and mineral character of the earth in which it was grown. Silver is the purest "unoaked" expression of our best Chardonnay grapes, and can be enjoyed chilled with a wide array of foods.
